GENERAL

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

What I draw

1. Canines
2. Felines
3. Dragons
4. Moderate gore

Other animal species may be accepted upon request.

What I do not draw

1. NSFW content
2. Humans
3. Mecha
4. Anthro characters (except headshots)

All commissions listed in my commission sheets are for personal use only.

For any commercial project, including book promotion, publishing, merchandise, branding, advertising, or any professional use, please contact me beforehand for a custom quote and licensing agreement.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason.

As the artist, I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I reserve the right to :

1. publish the artwork in my gallery, portfolio, website, social media, and commission examples
2. use the artwork for self-promotion
3. display work-in-progress images

If you require the artwork to remain private, this must be discussed before payment.

The client is not permitted to :

1. claim the artwork as their own
2. remove, alter, or cover my signature
3. edit or modify the artwork without my written permission
4. use the artwork for AI training, datasets, machine learning purposes, or NFT projects

The final artwork will be delivered in high resolution via email, DeviantArt Sta.sh, or another agreed delivery method.

COMMISSION PROCESS

To place an order, please provide :

1. Commission type
2. Character reference(s)
3. Background requirements
4. PayPal email address (or preferred payment method)

All commissions include an approval stage.

A sketch or rough draft will be provided for review before rendering begins.

The client may request :

1. major corrections during the sketch stage
2. up to two minor revisions after sketch approval

Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Changes requested due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated character references may also incur additional charges.

Mistakes made by the artist will always be corrected free of charge.

PAYMENT

Payment is required before work begins.

Accepted payment methods :

1. PayPal
2. Ko-Fi
3. SumUp

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

Orders under 100€ : Full payment is required upfront.

Orders of 100€ or more : Payment plans may be available.

1. 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission slot.
2. The remaining 50% must be paid once the sketch has been approved and before rendering begins.

Please do not send payment before receiving confirmation that your commission has been accepted.

If the final payment is not received within 30 days after sketch approval, the commission may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The client may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, provided that work has not yet begun.

After work has started, refunds are generally not available.

However, a full refund will be issued if :

1. I am unable to complete the commission
2. the commission remains unfinished for more than 4 consecutive months due solely to my inability to continue the project

Any approved refund will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks.

If a commission is cancelled by the client after work has begun, any completed work remains the intellectual property of the artist and may not be used by the client.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

The commission grants the client a personal-use license only.

The client may :

1. upload the artwork to personal social media accounts
2. use the artwork as a profile picture, icon, wallpaper, or personal print
3. share the artwork with proper credit

The client may not :

1. resell the artwork
2. mint the artwork as an NFT
3. use the artwork for AI training
4. reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes
5. create merchandise from the artwork
6. use the artwork for advertising, branding, publishing, or promotional activities without a separate written agreement
